the room service was pretty good, and the hotel was located in a convenient area. I was happy to find a supermarket nearby, which allowed me to buy my own supplies and snacks. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
Poor maintenance, language barrier Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the maintenance of the hotel. the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were loose, and the room fridge didn't work.

We recently stayed at a 5, star hotel that exceeded our expectations. the spacious room with its elegant decor had exclusive amenities that were impressive, such as a well, equipped health club and an excellent ballroom. the staff were attentive and provided exceptional service.
The only minor issue we encountered was having to wait for an extended period for a table at the restaurant. once seated, the food was exquisite, and the private facilities were exclusive, providing an unforgettable dining experience.

Spacious and comfortable! The room was very clean, with a great breakfast! There is a supermarket nearby, if you prefer to get your own supplies. You can easily take a taxi to visit the city, which is just across the river. The hotel is perfect for conferences or meetings, with top-quality exercise machines at the gym and a big room with a classy snooker table.
Although the hotel is working hard to be a good four-star hotel, some things need to improve. For instance, the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom could be better secured, and some rooms need some maintenance.
